© Ben Ramos commercial As another follow up to the blog; New QC procedures as a result of persistent failures.
Last month we emailed 93 contributors about their poor QC history. This email worked as we had intended and we saw an improvement in the work from a majority of these contributors. Unfortunately we didn’t see a noticeable improvement in some contributor’s submissions which resulted in 29 contributors having their online upload privilege removed for 30 days.
This month we will be taking the same action, if you do receive an email from us regarding the possible removal of your online upload privilege, please take the necessary steps to improve your images. If we see no improvement in the work that you are submitting your online upload privilege will be removed for 30 days.
We’d just like to reiterate, that assessing images from contributors who are constantly failing is very time consuming and has an impact on our ability to continue with our 48 hour turnaround for the vast majority of contributors who don’t have QC issues.
