UPDATED 16TH March: The search engine will update later today and changes will be reflected tomorrow, we have done some final checks and we are now ready to go ahead. Many thanks for your patience, we appreciate it has been a frustrating time and hopefully normal service has now been resumed.
UPDATED 11th March: We are still working on the problem with our search engine, it is proving more difficult than we first thought and we want to be sure we get it right. Despite the many conspiracy theories flying about, this is nothing more sinister than a technical problem. We are still selling images and sales are still being reported in the usual timeframes, the customer facing aspects of our web site are not affected. Changes you make to your images are being recorded in our database but they are still not being reflected on our web site. Images appearing as 'Ready' will be added once the search engine problem is fixed. We will provide a further update on Monday 16th March if we have not resolved the problem before then. Once again, please accept our apologies.
UPDATED 9th March Apologies as we are still working on this, we had hoped to get the search engine back up and running today but we have been unsuccessful. If your images are marked as 'Ready' they will still not be visible on the web site. Please continue to bear with us.
INITIAL POST Unfortunately we are experiencing some issues with our search engine. Changes that you make to your images are being saved to our system but these changes are not currently being reflected on our web site. New images that are made 'Ready' for sale are also not being added to the web site. You will not have to redo any work that you have done and we are working on getting this problem resolved as soon as we can. I cannot give you a definitive timeframe for this as we are currently diagnosing the problem. We will provide updates on the Blog and Forum as and when we have them. Please accept our sincere apologies for this disruption.
