© FogStockDue to office closure over the Christmas period on the 25th, 26th of December 2008 and 1st January 2009 respectively, QC and processing times will be slightly longer than usual. We anticipate the turnaround times for submissions will be fully back to normal by the 8th of January, and apologise for any delay you experience prior to this.
Full email support via Member Services will be available every day apart from the 25th, but phone support will not be available to contributors from December 22nd until January 2nd.
