Technical issues over the weekend

© Frankie Angel / Alamy We experienced some technical difficulties over the weekend, users in the US were unable to see thumbnails and lost some of the styling on the web pages. We also had a problem with Alamy Measures that led to the sort order changing randomly on 'all of Alamy'. Many thanks to the contributors who brought these issues to our attention and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We would normally expect to detect issues such as the US problem earlier so we have updated our monitoring as a result and we are working on stabilising the Alamy Measures pages which we appreciate have caused some problems recently.

    Guys,
    In addition to the US problem mentioned on the blog the upload is not working as of midday GMT.
    Please can you give us an update on this.
    I have images waiting to go up.

    'Your Images' and 'All of Alamy' features are currently failing catastrophically with SQL Server/.net errors.
