On Sunday 12th August some users will have experienced problems connecting to the Alamy website. It seems this was isolated to a small number of US users.

We apologise for any inconvenience that this may have caused and at the time of writing this entry we are still waiting for a full report from our ISP detailing the cause of the problem.

It wasn't limited to the US - the Alamy website was inaccessible much of Sunday to me here in the UK

    The same in Germany.

Thanks for the information - we are still waiting for the full report from our ISP with details of which territories may have been affected. As we had only previously heard from US contributors it looks like we wrongly assumed it was restricted to USA only.
